  Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle telephone enquiries from branches, filing and data entry
  • Follow up maid application documents
  • Submit/handle contracts to and from Philippine Consulate/HK Immigration Department
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties

  Job Requirements:

  • F.5 graduate or above
  • 1 year of working experience
  • Accurate and Independent
  • Good command of English and Cantonese
  • Good PC knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate availability will be a definite advantage

** Fresh graduated with some clerical experience will also be considered.
