Sales Consultant

Our frontline Sales Consultant provides quality maid matching service to over thousand families every year. The main duties and services of Sales Consultant include:

  1. Maid matching service:
    Provide applicable maid information for selection according to needs of customers; provide follow-up and after-sales services;
  2. Handle enquiries:
    Provide professional knowledge of maid application and explain noticeable items while selecting maid;
  3. Follow-up application:
    Handling documents that are required for maid application; monitor the whole application process.

To ensure the quality of services of our company, Sales Consultant must pass all tests within three months after joining Sunlight in order to offer professional services about maid application to customers.


Shop Manager

In order to manage branches in Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories, Shop Manager with rich experiences of maid matching service is responsible to manage branches. The main duties and services of Shop Manager include:

  1. Matching services:
    Provide applicable maid information for selection according to needs of customers; provide follow-up and after-sales services;
  2. Supervise Sales Consultants:
    Follow-up and assist Sales Consultant to finish job; offer comprehensive training to new-joined Sales Consultant;
  3. Manage branch:
    Manage the whole operation process of the branch; record branch daily operation.
  4. Monitor business:
    Monitor all application progress of the branch; conduct branch meeting; and undertake performance evaluation for Sales Consultant.

To effectively increase business level, Sunlight does performance evaluation with Shop Manager regularly
