Chinese Dishes - Grilled Beef with Ginger

Ingredient

  • 8-10 pieces US beef (slices)

  • 1 piece onion (shred)

  • some white sesame (pan-fry)

Sauce

Method

  1. Heat the wok with oil. Then, fry the onion in high heat. Then, add in the beef and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Put the beef onto the plate.

  2. Cook the sauce ingredients for a while and pour it onto the beef. Then, sprinkle with white sesame. Ready to serve.
