Chi中 Eng英 Phi菲 Ind印 Dessert - Chocolate and Cheese Souffle with Bird's Nest
Ingredient - 1piece egg yolk
- 2 pieces egg white
- 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 30g cream cheese
- 100ml fresh cream
- some chocolate powder
- some instant bird's nest

Method- Place the cream cheese in room temperature to make it soft. Beat the egg yolk and add in sugar in 2 times until firm. Then, add in cream cheese.
- Blend the fresh cream and egg while until firm separately. Then add in fresh cream and egg white into ingredient (1). Mix well.
- Pour the ingredient (2) into the mould and cover with food wrap and fringe for 5 hours. Take out and sprinkle with chocolate powder. To serve with bird's nest.
