Dessert - Chocolate and Cheese Souffle with Bird's Nest

Ingredient

  • 1piece egg yolk

  • 2 pieces egg white

  • 2 1/2 tbsp sugar

  • 30g cream cheese

  • 100ml fresh cream

  • some chocolate powder

  • some instant bird's nest

Method

  1. Place the cream cheese in room temperature to make it soft. Beat the egg yolk and add in sugar in 2 times until firm. Then, add in cream cheese.

  2. Blend the fresh cream and egg while until firm separately. Then add in fresh cream and egg white into ingredient (1). Mix well.

  3. Pour the ingredient (2) into the mould and cover with food wrap and fringe for 5 hours. Take out and sprinkle with chocolate powder. To serve with bird's nest.
