Ingredient - 8-10 pieces US beef (slices)
- 1 piece onion (shred)
- some white sesame (pan-fry)

Sauce- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- some ginger juice
- some sugar
Method- Heat the wok with oil. Then, fry the onion in high heat. Then, add in the beef and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Put the beef onto the plate.
- Cook the sauce ingredients for a while and pour it onto the beef. Then, sprinkle with white sesame. Ready to serve.
