Chi中 Eng英 Phi菲 Ind印 Chinese Dishes - Grilled Octopus Accompanied by Lime Sauce
Ingredient - 1 piece fresh octopus
- 1 tbsp lime juice

Sauce- 1 tbsp chilli sauce (Thai style)
- 1 tsp fish gravy
- 1/3 tsp sugar
- some sesame oil and pepper
- 1/2 tsp corn starch
Method- Remove the skin of octopus. Use salt and water to wash the octopus. Then, cut it into pieces and poach in water.
- Mix the sauce with octopus. Then, put in pre-heat oven and grill around 10 minutes. To serve with fresh lime juice.
