Soup - Wood Ear, Red Dare and Black-Skinned Chicken Soup

Ingredient

  • 19g wood ear

  • 20 red dates (core)

  • 1/2 black-skinned chicken

  • 2 slices ginger

Method

  1. 1 Wash chicken. Soak wood ear until soft. Cut the stalks off the caps and cut wood ear into small pieces.

  2. Bring 8 cups of water to the boil. Add all ingredients. Bring to the boil over heat. Turn to low heat and cook for 2 hours. Season with salt and serve.
