Soup - Spicy Soup with Beef Balls

Ingredient

  • 150g beef balls

  • 113g Tianjin cabbage

  • 1 slice ginger

  • 1 red chilli

  • Chinese parsley

Method

  1. Wash beef balls. Slit diamond patterns on them. Shred Tianjin cabbage and stir-fry with ginger slice until cooked.

  2. Put beef soup ingredients into a pot. Bring to the boil and turn to low heat and cook for 1 1/2 hours. Discard the ingredients. Add seasoning, beef balls and Tianjin cabbage. Boil again. Garnish with Chinese parsley and red chilli. Serve.
