Chinese Dishes - Fried Thin Noodles with Pork

Ingredient

  • 150g Chao Zhou thin noodles (main xian)

  • 200g pork slices

  • 200g flowing chieves (cut into sections)

  • 200g bean sprouts

  • 2 cloves shallot (sliced)

Seasoning

Method

  1. Scald thin noodles in boiling water for 1 minute. Rinse with running water. Drain.

  2. Heat up 1 tbsp oil. Saute shallot till fragrant. Add pork slices and sauté till done.Add noodles. Stir fry thoroughly. Dish up. Serve.

  3. Heat up 2 tbsp oil. Add bean sprouts and flowering chives. Stir fry till done. Add noodles and seasoning. Stir well. Dish up. Serve.
