Chinese Dishes - Preserved Mustard Green Stir Fried Shredded Pork

Ingredient

  • 200g pork (cut into strips)

  • 200g preserved mustard green (cut into shreds)

  • 2 slices ginger (cut into shreds)

  • 1 small hot chili (cut into shreds)

Method

  1. Marinade pork strips and leave it for 1/2 hour. Soak mustard green shreds in water for 1/2 hour. Then add some sugar. Mix well with mustard green.

  2. Heat up 1 tbsp oil. Saute ginger shreds and chili shreds till fragrant. Add pork strips. Stir fry till done.

  3. Add preserved mustard green and seasoning. Stir well. Serve.
