Chinese Dishes - Big Eye Fish Cold Dish

Ingredient

  • 1 big eye fish (about 1 catty)

  • 2 tbsp Pu Ning fermented bean paste

  • 1 stalk coriander (chopped finely)

Method

  1. Remove scales of fish and gut it. Rinse. Coat whole fish(in and out) with marinade ingredients. Leave it for 20 minutes.

  2. Place fish on plate. Steam it over water over high heat for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped coriander. When fish has cooled, chill in fridge for 20 minutes. Serve with Pu Ning fermented bean paste as dip.
