Chi中 Eng英 Phi菲 Ind印 Western Dishes - Roasted Chicken with Cumberland Sauce
Ingredient - 1 piece chicken
- 1 piece potato
- 1/2 cup onion dices
- 1/2 cup mushroom pieces
- 1 tbsp bacon dices
- 1/2 cup cranberry juice

Seasoning- 1 tbsp Maggi seasoning
- 1 tbsp red wine
- some thyme
Sauce- Cumblerland Sauce:
- 1 tsp shallot dices
- 3 pieces orange skin
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1tbsp port wine
- 1 tbsp cherry jelly
- 1 cup brown sauce
- Method:
- Heat the butter to sautee the shallot and orange skin. Then, pour in port wine, cherry jelly and brown sauce.
Method- Rinse the chicken and marinate with marinade for a while.
- Peel the potato skin and cut into pieces.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil to sautee onion and bacon. Then, add in potato and mushroom. Put all these ingredients inside the children.
- Put the chicken into the preheat oven and bake at 250 degrees for 35-40 minutes until golden yellow and down. To serve with cumberland sauce.
