Chi中 Eng英 Ind印 Soup - Wood Ear, Red Dare and Black-Skinned Chicken Soup
Ingredient - 19g wood ear
- 20 red dates (core)
- 1/2 black-skinned chicken
- 2 slices ginger

Method- 1 Wash chicken. Soak wood ear until soft. Cut the stalks off the caps and cut wood ear into small pieces.
- Bring 8 cups of water to the boil. Add all ingredients. Bring to the boil over heat. Turn to low heat and cook for 2 hours. Season with salt and serve.
