Chi中 Eng英 Ind印 Soup - Spicy Soup with Beef Balls
Ingredient - 150g beef balls
- 113g Tianjin cabbage
- 1 slice ginger
- 1 red chilli
- Chinese parsley

SeasoningSauce- Ingredients (Beef Soup)
- 300g beef (cut into thick slices)
- 1 tsp white peppercorns
- 1 sprig green garlic
- 1 sprig Chinese celery
- 1 slice cinnamon
- 8 cups water
Method- Wash beef balls. Slit diamond patterns on them. Shred Tianjin cabbage and stir-fry with ginger slice until cooked.
- Put beef soup ingredients into a pot. Bring to the boil and turn to low heat and cook for 1 1/2 hours. Discard the ingredients. Add seasoning, beef balls and Tianjin cabbage. Boil again. Garnish with Chinese parsley and red chilli. Serve.
