Dessert - Crystak Dumpling

Ingredient

  • 100g wheat flour

  • 30g corn starch

  • 60g lotus paste

  • 360ml hot water

Method

  1. Sift wheat flour and corn starch into a big basin. Add hot water bit by bit to knead dough properly.

  2. Take some dough and press it into flat and round shape. Fill it with lotus paste. Form a dumpling. Arrange it on plate greased with oil.

  3. Put dumpling plate into boiling water. Steam over water for 5 minutes. Serve.
