Ingredient - 100g wheat flour
- 30g corn starch
- 60g lotus paste
- 360ml hot water

Method- Sift wheat flour and corn starch into a big basin. Add hot water bit by bit to knead dough properly.
- Take some dough and press it into flat and round shape. Fill it with lotus paste. Form a dumpling. Arrange it on plate greased with oil.
- Put dumpling plate into boiling water. Steam over water for 5 minutes. Serve.
