Chi中 Eng英 Ind印 Chinese Dishes - Fried Thin Noodles with Pork
Ingredient - 150g Chao Zhou thin noodles (main xian)
- 200g pork slices
- 200g flowing chieves (cut into sections)
- 200g bean sprouts
- 2 cloves shallot (sliced)

Seasoning- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp water
Method- Scald thin noodles in boiling water for 1 minute. Rinse with running water. Drain.
- Heat up 1 tbsp oil. Saute shallot till fragrant. Add pork slices and sauté till done.Add noodles. Stir fry thoroughly. Dish up. Serve.
- Heat up 2 tbsp oil. Add bean sprouts and flowering chives. Stir fry till done. Add noodles and seasoning. Stir well. Dish up. Serve.
