Chi中 Eng英 Ind印 Chinese Dishes - Preserved Mustard Green Stir Fried Shredded Pork
Ingredient - 200g pork (cut into strips)
- 200g preserved mustard green (cut into shreds)
- 2 slices ginger (cut into shreds)
- 1 small hot chili (cut into shreds)

SeasoningSauce- Marinade:
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp fish sauce
Method- Marinade pork strips and leave it for 1/2 hour. Soak mustard green shreds in water for 1/2 hour. Then add some sugar. Mix well with mustard green.
- Heat up 1 tbsp oil. Saute ginger shreds and chili shreds till fragrant. Add pork strips. Stir fry till done.
- Add preserved mustard green and seasoning. Stir well. Serve.
