Ingredient - 300g bitter gourd
- 120g minced pork
- 1tbsp Chinese preserved olive (lan cai)
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced shallot

SeasoningSauce- Marinade:
- 2 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- Pepper to taste
- A few drops of sesame oil
- Thickening glaze:
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 2 tbsp water
Method- Rinse bitter gourd and slice it. Marinade with 2 tbsp salt for 20 minutes. Rinse off salt and drain.
- Marinade minced pork. Heat up 1 tbsp oil to saut?pork till done. Dish up
- Heat up 1 tbsp oil to saut?preserveed olive, minced garlic and shallot till fragrant. Add bitter gourd slices and minced pork. Stir fry till done.
- Add seasoning. Stir well. Add thickening glaze and cook till sauce thickens. Serve.
