Chinese Dishes - Abalone Mushroom with Fish Maw

Ingredient

  • Fish Maw 5 taels

  • Sliced abalone mushroom 3 taels

  • Choy sum 4 stalks

  • Ginger 3 slices

  • Spring onion 2 stalks

Seasoning

Method

  1. Soak fish maw.

  2. Saute ginger, spring onion. Put in water, salt and chicken powder. Bring to a boil and put in fish maw. Simmer for 10 minutes. Drain.

  3. Bring stock to a boil. Add abalone mushroom and cook for 2 minutes. Add fish maw and cook until done. Mix sugar, dark soy, oyster sauce and corn starch with water. Stir in and cook for a while until done.
