Chinese Dishes - Cold Crab Chao Zhou Style

Ingredient

  • 1 big red crab

  • 2 slices ginger

  • 1 stalk spring onion (cut into sections)

  • Some Pu Ning fermented bean paste

Method

  1. Brush and clean red crab. Place it on plate. Top with ginger slices and spring onion sections.

  2. Boil water in wok. Place whole crab in wok and steam over water for 12 minutes. Remove ginger and spring onion. When cool, service with Pu Ning fermented bean paste as dip. Serve.
