Soup - Laver, Lean Pork and Fish Ball Soup

Ingredient

  • 13g laver

  • 113g finely chopped lean pork

  • 150g fish balls

  • Chinese parsley

  • 3 cloves garlic

Method

  1. Cut laver into shreds or small pieces. Stir fry in wok without oil for a while. Remove, wash and squeeze out water. Finely chop garlic.

  2. Mix lean pork with marinade.

  3. Heat wok and add 1/2 tbsp of oil. Stir fry garlic until golden. Add lean pork and stir fry. Add 3 1/2 cups of water and bring to the boil. Put in laver and fish balls. Bring the soup to the boil. Dice parsley and put it into wok. Serve.
