Soup - Celery, Beancurd and Dried Black Mushroom Soup

Ingredient

  • 1 celery

  • 2 pieces beancurd

  • 38g dried black mushrooms

Method

  1. Soak mushrooms until soft. Cut the stalks off the caps. Reserve the stalks.

  2. Dice celery.

  3. Bring 4 cups of water to the boil. Add stalks of mushrooms. Bring to the boil. Add beancurd and mushrooms. Cook for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with celery. Season with salt and serve.
