Soup - Shark's Bone with Carrot and Green Turnip Soup

Ingredient

  • 450g green turnip

  • 600g carrot

  • 150g shark's bones

  • 1 set chicken's boones

  • 3 slices ginger

  • 4 candied dates

  • 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine

  • Salt a pinch

Method

  1. Remove peel of green turnip and carrot. Wash and cut into thick pieces.

  2. Soak shark

  3. Chop up chicken

  4. Bring suitable amount of water to the boil. Put in all ingredients. Boil for 10 minutes. Turn to low heat and cook for 3 hours. Season with salt. Serve.
