Soup - Eight Treasures Soup

Ingredient

  • 19g Huai Shan

  • 15g lotus seeds

  • 15g dried longgans

  • 15g Dang Sheng

  • 15g Bei Qi

  • 12g Qi Zi

  • 6 red dates(core)

  • 600g shin of pork with tendon

  • Salt a pinch

Method

  1. Wah all herbs.

  2. Scald shin of wok.

  3. Bring 8 cups of water in to the boil. Add all ingredients. Bring to the boil over high heat. Turn to low heat and cook for 2 hours. Season with salt and serve.
