Soup - Sweet Corn Soup with Water Melon and Pig's Tongue

Ingredient

  • 2 stalks sweet corn

  • 1 carrot

  • 1/2 water melon

  • 2 pig's tongue

  • 10 bowls water

Method

  1. Wash sweet corn and cut into half. Remove water melon skin and cut its fruit into big pieces. Peel carrot . Wash and slice it.

  2. Wash pig's tongue and scald with boiling water. Rinse.

  3. Boil water. Add corn, water melon and pig's tongue. Simmer over low heat for 3 hours. Add salt. Serve.
