Soup - Butter Ground And Soy Bean Soup

Ingredient

  • 2 bitter grourds

  • 50g soy bean

  • 500g soup bones

  • 10 cups water

Seasoning

Method

  1. Rinse bitter gourd and remove seed. Cut into big pieces. Set aside.

  2. Rinse soy bean. Rinse pork bones and scald in boiling water for a short while. Rinse again. Set aside.

  3. Boil water. Put in all ingredients. Bring it to boil over high heat. Reduce to low heat and simmer for about 2 hours. Season with salt. Serve.
