Chinese Dishes - Honeydew Balls with Sesame and Chicken

Ingredient

  • 2 chicken breasts

  • 3 slices white square bread

  • 75g white sesame

  • 225g honeydew

  • 1 sliced tomato

  • a dash of parsley leaves

Seasoning

Method

  1. Chop the chicken breasts and add seasonings to mix well.

  2. Wash the white sesame clean, drain and blow it dry in the air.

  3. Spoon balls off the honeydew with a round fruit spoon.

  4. Cut crusts off square bread, apply the chicken evenly onto it, coat with sesame, decorate with parsley leaves, deep-fry in boiling oil over medium heat until light yellow, remove oil, cut each slice into 6 pieces, place in a plate and garnish them with the honeydew balls and sliced tomato for serving.
