Chinese Dishes - Baked Chicken with Tomato Soup

Ingredient

  • 600g chicken wings

  • 1 onion

  • 1 bulb garlic, chopped

  • 1 can tomato soup

  • 3 tablespoons oil

Method

  1. Wash chicken clean. Cut into pieces and drain.

  2. Skin onion and cut into pieces.

  3. Deep-fry the chicken in boiling oil until golden yellow and remove oil. Saute onion and garlic for a while. Add tomato soup, mix well, cover and cooked over low heat for 45 minutes and serve.
