Method

  1. Trim the green bean sheet as squares

  2. Mix all the filling ingredients and marinate for a while.

  3. Saute garlic and filling. Drizzle with rice wine and thicken the sauce with corn starch solution.

  4. Put the filing on the green bean sheet. Place it on a bed of lotus leaf. Steam for 5 minutes.
