Chinese Dishes - Stuffed Hairy Melon with Shrimp and Pork

Ingredient

  • Hairy melon 12 slices

  • Minced pork 1/2 catty

  • Shrimp 10 taels

Method

  1. Mince shrimp as shrimp paste.

  2. Scoop the seeds of hairy melon out and leave a hole in the middle.

  3. Mix minced pork, shrimp paste and seasonings in a large bowl. Stir towards the same direction until you feel the stickiness of the paste.

  4. Stuff the hairy melon and steam for 15 minutes. Heat all thickening until thick, pour on the hairy melon and serve hot.
