Chinese Dishes - Choy Sum and Beancurd Sheets in Stock

Ingredient

  • Beancurd sheets 4 taels

  • Choy sum 4 stalks

  • Garlic 6 cloves

Method

  1. Blanch choy sum in salty water with oil. Put on a serving plate.

  2. Deep fry garlic. Set aside.

  3. Cook beancurd sheets and fried garlic in boiling stock for 5 minutes. Pour onto the bed of choy sum.
