Chinese Dishes - Fried Spare Ribs With Sour Plum

Ingredient

  • 400g spare ribs

  • 2 sour plum

  • 1 stalk spring onion (cut finely)

  • 1/2 red bell pepper (cut into thin strips)

Method

  1. Mash sour plum. Mix with marinade ingredients and spare ribs. Leave it for 1 hour.

  2. Deep fry spare ribs in boiling hot oil till medium rare (80% done). Dish up.

  3. Heat up 1 tbsp oil. Add seasoning and cook til rock sugar melts. Add spare ribs and stir till sauce thickens. Add spring onion and red bell pepper strips. Serve.
