Chinese Dishes - Chao Zhou Stir Fried Pork Ribs With Plum Sauce

Ingredient

  • 300g belly spare rib

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 1 stalk spring onion (chopped finely)

Method

  1. Add marinade ingredients to spare rib and leave it for 20 minutes. Deep fry in wok till done. Dish up and drain.

  2. Heat up 1 tbsp oil. Saute minced garlic till fragrant. Add spare rib and seasoning. Stir fry sauce thickens. Dish up.
