Western Dishes - Fillet Sole Cafe de Paris
Ingredient
2 pieces sole fillet
1/2 cup lobster dices
1/2 cup mushroom
1tbsp onion dices
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup cream sauce
1 tbsp grated cheese
Seasoning
1 tsp Chicken powder
1 tsp corn starch
1 tsp white wine
some pepper
Method
Rinse the sole and marinate with marinade.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil to sautee onion, mushroom, lobster. Then, put these onto the top of the sole. Then, pour in cream sauce and cheese. Put it into the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes until done.
