Ingredient - Dried worm (wo-chung) 2 taels
- Black eye beans 6 taels
- Dried tangerine peel 1/2
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Ginger a few slices

SeasoningMethod- Soak and remove inner white layer of tangerine peel. Crush garlic.
- Put all ingredients in 2/3 pot of water. Simmer for 2 hours.
- Season to taste before serving.
