Soup - Worm and Black Eye Bean Soup

Ingredient

  • Dried worm (wo-chung) 2 taels

  • Black eye beans 6 taels

  • Dried tangerine peel 1/2

  • Garlic 6 cloves

  • Ginger a few slices

Seasoning

Method

  1. Soak and remove inner white layer of tangerine peel. Crush garlic.

  2. Put all ingredients in 2/3 pot of water. Simmer for 2 hours.

  3. Season to taste before serving.
