Chi中 Eng英 Ind印 Soup - Laver, Lean Pork and Fish Ball Soup
Ingredient - 13g laver
- 113g finely chopped lean pork
- 150g fish balls
- Chinese parsley
- 3 cloves garlic

Seasoning- Marinade:
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp caltrop starch
- 1/2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp water
- pepper to taste
Method- Cut laver into shreds or small pieces. Stir fry in wok without oil for a while. Remove, wash and squeeze out water. Finely chop garlic.
- Mix lean pork with marinade.
- Heat wok and add 1/2 tbsp of oil. Stir fry garlic until golden. Add lean pork and stir fry. Add 3 1/2 cups of water and bring to the boil. Put in laver and fish balls. Bring the soup to the boil. Dice parsley and put it into wok. Serve.
