Wash and marinate chicken meat with seasoning. Steam until cooked, shred thinly.
Rinse and shred ham. Beat eggs, fry and shred. Soak and trim mushrooms.
Place mushrooms at the bottom of bowl. Then arrange chicken meat, on top plus ham and egg neatly. Fill up empty space with remaining ingredients. Add in 1 cup of stock and steam for 30 minutes.
Pour out steaming soup and set aside. Remove ingredients onto bowl. Boil steaming soup with the rest of stock. Pour in bowl. Serve.
