Chi中 Eng英 Ind印 Soup - Celery, Beancurd and Dried Black Mushroom Soup
Ingredient - 1 celery
- 2 pieces beancurd
- 38g dried black mushrooms

Method- Soak mushrooms until soft. Cut the stalks off the caps. Reserve the stalks.
- Dice celery.
- Bring 4 cups of water to the boil. Add stalks of mushrooms. Bring to the boil. Add beancurd and mushrooms. Cook for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with celery. Season with salt and serve.
