Chi中 Eng英 Ind印 Soup - Brow Bean, Dried Mussel and Pig's Bone Soup
Ingredient - 75g brow beans
- 75g peanuts
- 38g dried mussels
- 300g pig's bones
- 6 chilcken's feet (remove nails)
- 4 red date (core)
- 1/4 piece dried tangerine peel
- 2 slices ginger
- Salt as desired
- Light soy sauce as desired

Method- Wash chicken's feet and blanch with pig's bones in boiled water. Rinse.
- Wash dried mussels, peanuts, brow beans and red dates. Soak dried tangerine peel until tender and remove pith.
- Bring suitable amount of water to the boil with dried tangerine peel. Put in all ingredients and boil for 5 minutes. Turn to low heat and cook for 2 hours. Season with salt and light soy sauce. Serve.
