Chi中 Eng英 Ind印 Soup - Black bean and Loach Soup
Ingredient - 450g loach
- 38g black beans
- 38g Qi Zi
- 38g Nu Zhen Zi
- 4 red dates (core)
- 3 slices ginger

Method- Wash fish. Heat wok with oil and salt. Add fish and ginger and fry until half done. Stir fry black beans in wok without oil until crack.
- Bring 6 cups of water to the boil. Add all ingredients and bring to the boil over high heat. Turn to low heat and cook for 2 hours. Season with salt and serve.
