Soup - Black bean and Loach Soup

Ingredient

  • 450g loach

  • 38g black beans

  • 38g Qi Zi

  • 38g Nu Zhen Zi

  • 4 red dates (core)

  • 3 slices ginger

Method

  1. Wash fish. Heat wok with oil and salt. Add fish and ginger and fry until half done. Stir fry black beans in wok without oil until crack.

  2. Bring 6 cups of water to the boil. Add all ingredients and bring to the boil over high heat. Turn to low heat and cook for 2 hours. Season with salt and serve.
