Chi中 Eng英 Ind印 Soup - Shark's Bone with Carrot and Green Turnip Soup
Ingredient - 450g green turnip
- 600g carrot
- 150g shark's bones
- 1 set chicken's boones
- 3 slices ginger
- 4 candied dates
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- Salt a pinch

Method- Remove peel of green turnip and carrot. Wash and cut into thick pieces.
- Soak shark
- Chop up chicken
- Bring suitable amount of water to the boil. Put in all ingredients. Boil for 10 minutes. Turn to low heat and cook for 3 hours. Season with salt. Serve.
