Chi中 Eng英 Ind印 Soup - Sweet Corn Soup with Water Melon and Pig's Tongue
Ingredient - 2 stalks sweet corn
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 water melon
- 2 pig's tongue
- 10 bowls water

Method- Wash sweet corn and cut into half. Remove water melon skin and cut its fruit into big pieces. Peel carrot . Wash and slice it.
- Wash pig's tongue and scald with boiling water. Rinse.
- Boil water. Add corn, water melon and pig's tongue. Simmer over low heat for 3 hours. Add salt. Serve.
