Chi中 Eng英 Ind印 Soup - Monkey Head Mushroom and Conch Soup
Ingredient - 5 money head mushroom
- 3 taels conch slices (120g)
- 2 carrots
- 2 stalks sweet corn
- 6 taels lean pork (240g)
- 8 bowls water

Method- Wash mushroom and soak till soft. Wash lean pork and scald with boiling water. Rinse with water.
- Wash conch slices and soak till soft. Scald with boiling water. Rinse with water.
- Peel carrots. Wash and cut into small pieces. Wash sweet corn and cut into half.
- Boil water. Add mushroom, conch slices, carrot and sweet corn. Simmer over medium heat for 2 hours. Add salt. Serve.
