Soup - Star Fruit Soup with pork Bones
Ingredient
1 1/2 pounds star fruit
2 taels sweet and bitter almond (Nam Bak Hang) (80g)
2-3 candied dates
1 catty pork boned (640g)
10 bowls water
Method
Wash star fruit and remove the edges. Cut into big pieces.
Wash pork bones and scald with boiling water. Rinse. Wash almonds and dates. Set aside.
Boil water. Add all ingredients and simmer over low heat for 2 hours. Add salt. Serve.
