Ingredient - 1 bundle sugar cane (the hard and thin type, about 10 sticks)
- 1 bundle Congongrass root (Mao Gen)
- 12 water chestnut
- 1 carrot
- 6 bowls water

Method- Wash sugar cane and cogongrass root.
- Peel water chestnut and wash then. Peel carrot and slice. Wash.
- Boil water. Put all ingredients into pot and simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes. Serve.
