Chi中 Eng英 Ind印 Soup - Salted Egg and Hairy Gourd Soup
Ingredient - 2 hairy gourd
- 2 salted egg
- 8 taels lean pork (sliced) (300g)
- 2 slices ginger
- 5 bowls water

Seasoning- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
Method- Peel hairy gourd. Wash and cut into pieces.
- Marinade pork slices with seasoning.
- Boil water. Add ginger slices, hairy gourd and pork slices. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes,
- Add salted egg and cook for 5 minutes. Stir constantly with chopstick. Serve.
