Chi中 Eng英 Ind印 Soup - Papaya and Fish Tail Soup
Ingredient - 1 papaya
- 2 taels ground nuts (80g)
- 1 Grass Carp fish tail
- 2 slices ginger
- 6 bowls water

Method- Peel papaya and discard seed. Cut papaya into pieces. Soak ground nuts in water for a while. Set aside.
- Remove fish scale and wash fish. Wipe dry. Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok. Saute ginger slices till fragrant. Fry fish tail till both sides turn golden. Transfer to dish.
- Boil water. Add fish tail, ground nuts, ginger and papaya. Simmer over low heat for 2 hours. Add salt. Serve.
