Ingredient - 2 bitter grourds
- 50g soy bean
- 500g soup bones
- 10 cups water

SeasoningMethod- Rinse bitter gourd and remove seed. Cut into big pieces. Set aside.
- Rinse soy bean. Rinse pork bones and scald in boiling water for a short while. Rinse again. Set aside.
- Boil water. Put in all ingredients. Bring it to boil over high heat. Reduce to low heat and simmer for about 2 hours. Season with salt. Serve.
