Chi中 Eng英 Chinese Dishes - Honeydew Balls with Sesame and Chicken
Ingredient - 2 chicken breasts
- 3 slices white square bread
- 75g white sesame
- 225g honeydew
- 1 sliced tomato
- a dash of parsley leaves

Seasoning- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon zanthoxylum powder
- 1 egg white
Method- Chop the chicken breasts and add seasonings to mix well.
- Wash the white sesame clean, drain and blow it dry in the air.
- Spoon balls off the honeydew with a round fruit spoon.
- Cut crusts off square bread, apply the chicken evenly onto it, coat with sesame, decorate with parsley leaves, deep-fry in boiling oil over medium heat until light yellow, remove oil, cut each slice into 6 pieces, place in a plate and garnish them with the honeydew balls and sliced tomato for serving.
